We’re thrilled to announce that KidPass has expanded nationally. Now, families anywhere in the country can learn theater from actors in Los Angeles, STEAM from scientists in the Bay Area, and painting from artists in New York City. As always, you can book classes individually or sign up for a monthly subscription to get additional members-only discounts.
In addition to our national launch, we know that many families and teachers are facing financial hardships at the moment due to the coronavirus pandemic. To support our community, we’ve launched a new KidPass Cares initiative to assist both families and teachers in need.
For families, KidPass is offering $100,000 in free class grants this month to make classes more accessible to families in need. Up to $50 per eligible family can be applied to a class or semester program purchase. With thousands of schools on part-time schedules or fully-closed, parents are looking online for classes more than ever. If your school has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, you can request a free class grant by submitting this form.
Additionally, thousands of teachers are finding themselves without income during this time, and we’re here to support our educators in bringing their classes online. As such, we’re excited to share that 100% of class proceeds will go directly to our exclusive KidPass Digital teachers through May 31, 2020—all instructors can apply to be a part of this program by emailing partners@kidpass.com.
We encourage our members to support their favorite KidPass instructors in these coming weeks, whether it’s through attending an online class for the first time or leaving a great review for all that they do. We’re all in this together, and we at KidPass are committed to supporting families and teachers in paving the way in a new era of online learning. Will you join us?
