8 Ways To Hang with Your Kids On National Parents’ Day in LA

This Sunday is all about celebrating all you fabulous parents out there—it’s National Parents’ Day!

And we think the best way to spend this special holiday is with those little ones that gave you that awesome title. Whether you want to stretch it out in family yoga, get silly playing with bubbles, or jam together at a music class, we’ve got tons of ways to have fun together and rock being a parent!

Mommy & Me Stroller Exercise
Sunday, July 28th, 8:30 AM / Beverly Hills / 12 months – 5 years old

Skip going to the gym by yourself and bring your little one with you for this class! Kids start off in the stroller as moms and dads walk and/or jog and get in some lower body exercises. Kids get out to play for the second half of class while parents continue the circuit training workout to complete a full-body workout.

Mini Ninja Parent & Me Class
Sunday, July 28th, 9 AM / Cypress Park / 2.5 – 4 years old

Work together with your little warriors to learn karate through games and storytelling. The curriculum focuses on attention, listening skills, basic martial arts movement, and tumbling.

Yoga is a fun, joyful, and peaceful way for families to move together mindfully. This class is an introduction to yoga with an adventure theme that focuses on fun and family! You will begin by focusing and tuning in, followed by a playful practice that includes animal poses, partner poses, music, games, and laughs.

Want to roll around in a giant tube in the water or take a ride in a paddle roller boat? You’ll have to see it to believe it! Pop into this open play where you and your kiddos can hit the water for some indoor fun together.

Whether you keep score or throw up the bumpers and roll for fun, these retro bowling alleys are a hit for the whole fam. Make a day out of it and enjoy tasty snacks and meals lane-side.
