9 LA Activities to Celebrate Moms!

Hey LA mamas! Mother’s Day is this weekend, but here at KidPass we think you should be celebrated all WEEK long! We all know being a mom is great, but planning out your family’s social calendar can be exhausting. So we’ve rounded up the best mommy & me activities in LA this week. Now you can kick back and just have fun with your kiddos while we handle the planning! Happy Mother’s Week!

Mommy/Daddy & Me Baby Dance at The Center Method
Friday, May 10th, 11 AM / Santa Monica / 3 months – 3 years old

Bring your little ones with you for a fun, cardio dance session! Not only will you burn some energy, but you’ll also bond with your kids while they build strength and you have the chance to meet others in your community!

Mommy & Me at Little Dimples Indoor Playground 
Thursday, May 9th, 5:30 PM / Whittier / 9 months – 3 years old

Spend some QT time with your kids at this class that focuses on the development of the whole child, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development. Your little learner will be encouraged to flourish through songs, props, and instruments, as well as teachers activities.


Mommy & Me Class: Stroller Exercise at T.O.T. Fitness 
Sunday, May 12th, 8:30 AM / Beverly Hills / 12 months – 5 years old

Treat your body to a workout while having fun with the kiddies! Your little ones will start off in the stroller as you walk and/or jog and get in some lower body exercises. Then kids get out to play for the second half of class where you continue the circuit training workout to complete a full body workout. This isn’t just a walk in the park!

Mother’s Day Paint & Pizza Party at We Rock the Spectrum
Friday, May 10th, 4 PM / Woodland Hills / 3 – 11 years old

Celebrate Mom Day by hanging out with your favorite little people at this play space party. You and your kiddos will get to work together to paint a masterpiece and enjoy some delicious pizza—which means no cooking dinner for you!

Lil’ Mozarts Mommy & Me at Tiffany Piano Studio 
Saturday, May 11th, 12:30 PM / Beverly Hills / Birth – 4 years old

Enjoy some music as part of your Mother’s Day celebrations! Each class is filled with clapping, finding the beat, sing-along songs, and percussion time. The last ten minutes of class students are encouraged to touch and play the acoustic pianos! This class helps develop speech and communication skills while introducing young children to instruments and self-expression.

Mamastay 1+2 at Shorty Yoga 
Sunday, May 12th, 9:15 AM / Beverly Hills / Birth – 24 months

Mama, stay… and get your namaste on! Stretch those tired limbs, soak up some sweet tunes, and rejuvenate your spirit while you connect with your little sidekick. Now this is living.


Family Yoga at Alo Yoga
Sunday, May 12th, 4 PM / Pacific Palisades / 4 – 12 years old

Spend some quality time with your loved ones and give your family the gift of yoga and mindfulness at this family yoga class. Families can connect through physical movements and provide your kids with techniques to promote health and relaxation.

Visit the Museum of Illusions 
Various times & days / Hollywood / Birth – 12 years old

Hit this super cool museum for a family outing! Your kiddos’ imaginations will run wild as they explore interactive art exhibits that make for a photo opportunity unlike any other. Climb the highest mountain tops in the world, play Jack & Rose as the Titanic sinks, or run through the city during a meteor strike!


Family Zooga at Zooga Yoga 
Saturday, May 11th, 10 AM / Hollywood / 12 months – 6 years old

Yoga is a fun, joyful, and peaceful way for families to move together mindfully. This class is an introduction to yoga with an adventure theme that focuses on fun and family! You will begin by focusing and tuning-in, followed by a playful practice that includes animal poses, partner poses, music, games, and laughs.
