Love this classic Christmas movie? Then you’re going to really love this clever stage adaptation! It’s Christmas Eve, 1945. Four WVL Radio actors have braved the blizzard to perform that evening’s broadcast of It’s a Wonderful Life and keep their station afloat.

It’s the season of the Nutcracker, and if you’re thinking about bringing your little ones to see a show, why not inspire them to discover their own inner ballerina. Tiny dancers will learn basic ballet steps and gain an understanding of music, all while developing a love of classic ballet.
Public Skating and Learn to Skate at Loudoun Ice Centre

The holidays aren’t complete without a spin around an ice skating rink! Book some time during public skate or take a lesson if you’re feeling a bit shaky on the blades.
Roer’s Zoofari
Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays, various times / Vienna / 3 – 12 years old
While this zoo may not have actual reindeer, they do have lots of deer with antlers. Take your kiddos to visit with Dasher and Dancer’s distant cousins, spread some holiday cheer to the animals in the petting barn, and go on an up close and personal safari ride. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the company of family during the holidays!
Star Wars Themed Parents Night Out at the Transformational Education Adventure Center

While Star Wars and the holidays don’t necessarily go hand in hand, a parents night out event and the chaotic holidays do!
