7 – 14 years old

Another option for basketball is Tru2Form Hoops. It’s the premier basketball training organization dedicated to athletes of all ages and skill levels. Group Training sessions consist of 1-4 kids approximately the same age and skill level. They allow kids to work together and cover the fundamentals then implement them in actual game scenarios.
