Happy Baby

Heal and Soul Yoga

Keyla’s Kindergarten Prep Mommy & Me Yoga

This preschool offers days filled with play and a challenging, fun curriculum—including Mommy & Me Yoga! Bring your little one (or have them come with a caregiver) for an hour of fun, age-appropriate yoga.

Liberation Yoga
Park La Brea / 0 – 17 years old

Baby & Me Yoga is designed for the needs of new parents! Classes teach strengthening with an emphasis on the core and pelvic floor, while integrating babies into the practice. Zooga Yoga
