Cooking with Kids
Scarsdale / 4 – 13 years old

These classes expand children’s positive experiences with food and introduce them to the richness of the world’s cuisines. Teachers pride themselves on giving children the gift of independence and confidence, and teaching them important life skills. Plus, everyone has fun!

Curious on Hudson
Ossining / 7 – 11 years old

This weekly class is a perfect delight for kids who want to get their hands dirty learning the who/what/how of farming on a real working organic farm! Each week kids will have the opportunity to talk and learn directly from the farmers about what’s happening on the farm. It’s like a kid-focused CSA!

Eugene’s Music Studio
Elmsford / Scarsdale / 1 ½ – 3 years old

Eugene’s Music Studio offers private instruction for brass, percussion, string, and woodwind instruments, including piano and voice. Early Childhood Music Classes will allow your child to experience developmental evolution in language skills, literacy, listening, problem solving, social skills, self-esteem, and musicality.

Gymboree
Scarsdale / 0 – 5 years old

 Designed by experts in both education and in play, Gymboree’s age-appropriate activities help develop the cognitive, physical, and social skills of children as they play. New York Dance
Harrison / 3 – 8 years old

‘Creating dance excellence’ is the motto of New York Dance! As a conservatory of the performing arts, artistic director Francesca DeAngelo is thrilled to bring the joy of dance, singing, and theatre to students of all ages. Dance styles include ballet, tap, and jazz. There are also theatre games, arts and crafts, story time, and more!

RYE YMCA
Rye / 1 – 12 years old

The Rye YMCA has tons to offer. Youth programs include enrichment, creative arts, sports, swim, fitness, summer camp, and childcare. There are also family events, like parent and child classes, family swim, and family gym time. The Y also believes in giving back and involving members of all ages in projects that benefit the communities they serve.

Songs for Seeds
Armonk / Rye Brook / 0 – 6 years old

Named “Best Music Class” by New York Magazine, this rockin’ music class encourages kids to sing, play instruments (from drums and guitars to pianos and accordions) along with a live three-piece band, as well as dance and move as much as possible. Kids will go home singing songs you’ll like as much as they do.

Tilly’s Tea with Alice
Brewster / 3 – 16 years old

Tilly’s Tea with Alice is an interactive, literary based experience like no other! Guests of all ages will find themselves immersed in the literary classic Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Slide down the rabbit hole, meet the characters, play croquet with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum and get your sentence in the Queen’s Court! Of course, guests will also be served tea!
