Yoga for the whole family! Here you and your child can learn yoga together, using games, discussion, music, and more. Children learn the basics of yoga, both the physical movements and the mental practice of focusing and calming the mind, while adults get to stretch, strengthen, and play with their little yogis.
Me & My Shadow at Physique Swimming
Financial District / 6 months – 3 years
Maybe you’d like to take your baby or toddler swimming! Taught through singalongs, this class directs the parents on how to hold the child in the water so that they may get adjusted to the aquatic environment. (Plus, the pool is heated.)
